MINO-WARE has the largest production of ceramics in Japan. Various kilns, both large and small, are located in the Mino region. Each kiln has its own history and techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation, and each kiln has its own unique collection of hand-crafted dishes. Each kiln uses a different type of clay as raw material, and the expression of each dish is created from various components such as clay, glaze, and firing temperature. Each piece has its own unique expression.
